Introduction:
"Users" in the Legwork system are accounts that can log into your instance of the Legwork software. For example, office managers, receptionists, doctors, etc. Users can also be archived (removed). Legwork never deletes a user; the user is archived and can be unarchived if the account is needed again.

- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on Users in the settings menu.
Adding a user
- Click on +Add a User.

The First and Last Name fields are required when creating a user. - The Email Address field is the final required field when creating a user.
Email address- NOTE: The user account email address must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing patient’s email address on file.
- Click Create User.
- This action will automatically queue a password setup email so the new user can access the software. If during the account creation, the checkbox Do not send password setup email was checked. The user will need to click on the Forgot Password on LWCRM.
Archiving (removing) a user
- Click on the user you want to archive.
- Click on Archive (located on the right side of the sub menu; looks like a box)
