Introduction:

Patient subscriptions are what methods of delivery the patients wants to receive. At this time, this information doesn't pull form any practice management system, but defaults to enabling the four categories, Phone, Text Message, E-mail, and Postal. 

Instructions:

1. Go to the Patients tab.
2. Search for the patient (might need to type the full name).
3. Click on the Patient.
4. Above the patient Details, click the Subscription which will open the Practice's Legwork Microsite.
   • 
5. There is a section for the list of subscriptions that the patient has enabled, Phone, Text Message, E-mail, Postal. 
   1. Check to subscribe.
   2. Uncheck to unsubscribe. 
6. Click Save Subscription Settings at the bottom.
