Navigate to the AB tab in the top navigation bar. You will be directed to the Appointment Booking Requests.

Click the Deny button next to an appointment request. A drawer will open.

If desired, write a denial message to the patient and click Notify Patient. This will send the patient an email with your message.

If you do not want to notify the patient, click Don’t Notify Patient.
Note: We strongly recommend writing a message to the patient, providing a reason for denial.
- The Appointment Request will be marked as “Denied”
