How do I send a bulk message to patients using reports?

Sending Appointment Based communication from REPORTS

1. In the top Navigation Bar, click Reports.
2. In the Reports Column, click the Appointments.
   
   Choose a predetermined time frame or ‘Customize Report’.
   

1. You can save your report for future reference and/or View Report
    
2. Once you are viewing the report, you can choose email, SMS, or postal icon to send your communication.
   
3. Once you choose your delivery mode, click the drop-down in the Template box to select your pre-made template.

      1. **note** any SMS messages that are over 199 patients will be invoiced at $.01 per contact. For example, if there were 150 patients, the SMS blast will go out at no additional cost to the practice.
