First, open a patient by clicking on the Family File Module. After selecting a patient, click on Health History which is highlighted in yellow in the image.
Next, this window will appear. The button highlighted in yellow is where you may manually add either an allergy or medical condition.
More importantly though, this is where we would see the conditions we attempted to sync to Dentrix.
