We have taken the core capabilities of our appointment list and calendar tab and brought them together with direct messaging, teledental access, and enhanced search filtration to create our brand new appointments dashboard.
Let’s breakdown the dashboard and its capabilities.
1. Search Filters
Date Range
Now you can isolate both past and future appointments by date
Name
Isolate appointments by patient name
Appointment status
Isolate appointments based upon their state of completion:
-All Appointments
-Completed Appointments
-Upcoming Appointments
2. Print
You can easily print your custom appointment list or save it as a PDF by clicking the printer icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Appointment Details
You can now access patient details in this dashboard similar to the details provided in the calendar tab when drilling into appointments. To access these details, simply click on the date and time hyperlink next to appointments to display the details view.

Appointment notes synced from the PMS

Patient’s email on file

Displays the result of our phone number validation for their number
b. Appointment Communications
Just like in our Calendar tab, appointment specific communications will be displayed here.

c. + Message button
New Text
Brings up our texting interface with the currently selected appointment’s patient designated as the recipient.
New Email
Brings up our email interface with the currently selected appointment’s patient designated as the recipient.
4. Appointment table contents
This table contains key appointment and experience information needed to best serve your patients.
Time
The Date and Time of the appointment.
Patient Name
The patient's name
Patient Satisfaction
Displays the most recent NPS survey result and provides deeper information when you click over the score.
Confirmation
Shows the current confirmation status of the appointment. A Green Check means the appointment is confirmed and a white button labeled as "Confirm" indicates that you are able to manually confirm the appointment right here inside Legwork.
Comfort Preferences
Displays the selected answers chosen by the patient in your customizable comfort preference survey. This may include amenities your office offers, dental fears/anxieties, or treatment goals.
Tasks
Reminds staff of: patients needing to schedule a hygiene appointment and patients needing to update/provide email addresses or mobile numbers for messaging.
Complete Task
Completes tasks adjacent to the complete button. These tasks will no longer generate next to the patient afterward.
Please note: Tasks will automatically disappear upon successful syncing of the missing appointment or communication data from your PMS.
