Support for Syncing Forms

Legwork supports form syncing with the following practice management softwares and versions:

Approving a Patient Form to Sync Data back to Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental

1. Log in to Legwork and navigate to the Forms tab.
   
2. Click on Submissions in the sub-navigation to view submissions on all of your forms.
   
   

   Note: Patient Forms or Syncing Forms will appear with a bi-directional sync icon next to them.
   

3. Navigate to the form submission you want to sync back to your PMS and click the Approve button.
   
4. Review the form submission and click the Approve button.
   
5. Select the patient you want to update records for and click Approve and Update in PMS
