What is Reserve With Google?
Reserve with Google is a feature that enhances the organic search results of Legwork / Denticon Practice Marketing / Cloud 9 Practice Marketing customers directly through Google Search and drives more traffic to their Online Appointment Booking Form. This is enabled by Legwork’s integration with Google’s Healthcare Appointment Redirect API. It allows patients and leads to discover dental and orthodontic offices on Google Search and Maps, redirecting them to the practice’s Online Appointment Booking landing page to complete the booking.
How does Reserve with Google benefit my practice?
By using Google Reserve, your practice can:
- See a “Book Online” button for your Google Search and Maps
- Drive more traffic to your Online Appointment Booking (OAB) form.
- Enhance patient engagement and boost appointment bookings.
What information will be sent to Google?
The following information will be sent to Google:
- Entity: Details about the practice, including name and location.
- Action: Links associated with the entity (e.g., the link "Book Online" button is directed to).
- Services: Specific services offered by the practice.
How often is my practice information sent to Google?
Your practice information is sent to Google once every 24 hours.
What are the prerequisites for using Reserve with Google?
To use this feature, practices must have:
- A Google Business Profile Page.
- Configured appointment types in Legwork.
- At least one location, provider, and chair set up with availability.
- A published Online Appointment Booking (OAB) form.
Instructions for Opting In and Out of Google Reserve
How to Opt-In
- Log in to Legwork: Access your Legwork account.
- Navigate to Settings: Go to the "Settings" section.
- Appointment Booking: Under "Appointment Booking," locate the Google Reserve option and toggle it to On.
- Once opted in, it may take up to 24 hours for Legwork to send your practice information to Google
- Note: The Online Appointment Booking (OAB) form must be published.
