Here is a tutorial on creating an email template and embedding URL links to redirect patients to your website, request an appointment page, or any other link you wish to direct them to.
First, we will navigate to the Templates tab and select the Manually Sent category. We will then scroll down the list of templates and select the Review Request Email template.
Next, we will enter the text "Please click here to visit our website!" We will then highlight the text we intend to link to the website, select the insert/edit link button, add the URL, and click Save.
Now the verbiage, "click here" will redirect the patient to the URL that you have assigned!
