Creating an Enterprise agreement is very simple.
Navigate to the agreements tab and click New Agreement.
You will notice a new drop-down menu below the company name field called the Parent Account field.
If you are creating the Enterprise account for the organization, then Legwork will be the parent account you select in the drop-down, because there is no organization above Legwork to link the account to. It’s the highest level in the hierarchy we are creating.
After the Parent Account is chosen, the rest of the agreement process is the same as any other agreement. Fill out the Company data, make your notes, Structure the pricing and send the agreement for signing.
Please Note:
As of 11:30pm 6/29/2020, We are only able to bill accounts at the DSO/Enterprise level. So the billing setup at this time will be for ALL child accounts attached to this parent account. (We are developing individualized billing for children accounts.)
