To Turn on Reviews:
Introduction:
Legwork has a built-in interface to allow you to view and comment on your Google My Business and Facebook reviews.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Legwork portal (LWCRM), and sign in with your credentials.
- Click on the Settings tab in the upper right hand of the web portal.
- Click on Reviews located in the side menu inside the Settings Tab.
- Make sure Legwork is selected for the service.
- Click on Connect with Google.
- Toggle the Automate Review Requests ON.
7. Select SMS and/or Email and set desired time to send the Review Request.
8. Save
- Default templates cannot be edited from this screen
- Navigate to: Templates -> Referrals -> Email / SMS ->Review Request Email / Review Request SMS
- These templates the ones the the Automate Review Request system uses
- From here you are free to edit these templates then hit save in the bottom right corner
