To Turn on Reviews:

Introduction:

Legwork has a built-in interface to allow you to view and comment on your Google My Business and Facebook reviews.

Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Legwork portal (LWCRM), and sign in with your credentials.
2. Click on the Settings tab in the upper right hand of the web portal.
3. Click on Reviews located in the side menu inside the Settings Tab.
4. Make sure Legwork is selected for the service.
5. Click on Connect with Google.
6. Toggle the Automate Review Requests ON.

     7. Select SMS and/or Email and set desired time to send the Review Request.
     8. Save
