Navigating to General Software Settings
- Click on your account name in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and click Settings.
Settings Review
On the Left panel, you will see a list of software Settings.
General Tab
The General tab can be used to update company contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and website URLs.
Company Details
Dr. Name - Add up to four provider names in the Dr. Name fields to include them in your email closing message.
This information will be updated to outgoing email templates and can be used in SMS messages when using the "Signatures" placeholder.
