Description:
Legwork’s Form Builder feature has been updated introducing functionality that will provide practices with new ways to collect patient information and receive patient documentation such as driver's licenses or insurance card. These updates aim to help practices better understand their patients and save time on office activities related to patient information collection.
Key features:
- New question type- Sliding Scale: Legwork has implemented a sliding scale question type in its form builder.
- New response options- Images for Single and Multiple Choice type answers: Legwork now allows practices to use images as response options for single and multiple-choice questions.
- Ability to upload images or files within the patient attachment component.
- Opt-In check box is automatically added when phone number is collected in a form.
Technical specifications:
Form builder uses the same general technical specifications as other Legwork features.
Best Practices:
When defining a URL in the source, make sure the URL ends in the file format .jpg or .png and doesn't have anything appended with UTM or other parameters (like kameron.jpg?v=tiffanyschat).
