How do we set up Automated Reviews?

Introduction:

Legwork Practice Marketing has a built in interface to allow you to view and comment on your Google My Business and Facebook reviews.

 

Setting up Reviews:

  1. Click on your account name in the top right corner of your Legwork Practice Marketing Portal
  2. Click Settings
  3. Under the list of Settings click Reviews
  4. Click on Connect with Google.
    • Sign in with the Google account associated with the Google My Business account for the practice.
  5. Click on Connect with Facebook.
    • Sign in with the Facebook account associated with the Facebook Business page for the practice.
  6.  Click the toggle button next to Automate Review Request to turn reviews on.
      • By default, no more than 1 request will be sent to patients every 60 days preventing repetitive requests and reducing increased opt-outs.
  7. Under Request Reviews Post-Appointment, select how the review request should be sent. 
  8. Click either SMS, Email, or Both
  9. Click Send notification of new reviews and select an account user to receive email notifications of each new review submitted.
  10. Click Save

 

OPTIONAL:  Enable automated follow-up request for patients that have not responded to the initial review request message sent. Click "If no response after initial request follow up every" to turn on. Select the frequency of the follow-up.

 

 

NOTE: Multiple Google and Facebook accounts can be associated with one Legwork account. But you have to wait 24 hours before adding a second account. As many accounts as the practice has can be added, but the 24 hour period must happen between adding each account.

 

Connecting Google Reviews

  1. Under Review Integrations, click the Connect with Google button.  A modal window will appear, prompting you to sign in with your Google Business Account.
  2. Sign in and select an account.  You will be directed to allow Legwork access to your account.  Click the Allow button.
  3. Select which accounts you want to add to Legwork.
  4. Select which locations you want to add to Legwork and click the Add Accounts button.

  5. Your Google account is now integrated with Legwork.

 

 

Sign into your Google Business Account

 

 

 

Select an account. You will be directed to allow Legwork Practice to access your account. Click the allow button.

 

 

Your Google account is now integrated!  it will appear as seen in the image below.

Connecting Facebook Reviews

 

1. Under Review Integrations, click the Connect with Facebook button.  A modal window will appear, prompting you to log in with your Facebook Business Account.

2. Login, select, and continue with the account you want to connect.  You will be directed to select what pages you want to use with Legwork.

3. Select the pages you want to use with Legwork and click the Next button.  You will be directed to allow permissions for Legwork.

4. Click the Done button.  You will be directed to a success message: click the OK button.

5. Select which accounts you want to add

6. Your Facebook account is now integrated with Legwork Practice Marketing.

 

NOTE: It is recommended that you allow Legwork all permissions; otherwise, your integration with Facebook may not work correctly. 

 

NOTE: When sending Facebook review link via SMS, the review link is only accessible through the Facebook mobile app.

TURNING ON REVIEW REQUEST

  1. Click the Toggle next to Automate Review Requests to turn this feature ON.
  2.  Select SMS and/or Email and set desired time to send the Review Request
  3. Click Save
