Depending on how survey respondents answer survey questions, they will be redirected to custom web pages. If a respondent fills out a survey with an average score of 7 or above, he or she will be redirected to a customized, positive thank you page as well as a referral request. If a respondent fills out a survey with an average score of 6 or below, he or she will be redirected to a customized page requesting more information on how to make things right: negative survey respondents will not be prompted to leave a referral. All web page content is editable by the user.
- From the Navigation Bar, click Templates.

In the Side Navigation, click NPS and Web. In the middle column, you will see editable templates for all web page content associated with the NPS Patient Satisfaction Survey.
- Select which template you want to edit.
- Edit your content and click the Save button.
