Depending on how survey respondents answer survey questions and if automation is set up, they will receive customized email or sms responses. If a respondent fills out a survey with an average score of 7 or above, he or she will receive a thank you email. If a respondent fills out a survey with a score of 6 or below, he or she will receive a customized email, requesting more information on how to make things right. All sms and email content is editable by the user.
- From the Navigation Bar, click Templates.

In the Side Navigation, click NPS and either SMS or Web, depending on what you would like to edit. In the middle column, you will see editable templates for all responses associated with the NPS Patient Satisfaction Survey.
- Select which template you want to edit.
- Edit your content and click the Save button.
