Create your NPS Survey Template (add any questions if you would like):

*The Net Promoter Score survey allows up to 15 customizable questions but the question that determines your Promoters, Neutrals, Detractors is solely based on one (and this cannot be changed): "Based on your overall experience, how likely are you to recommend us to a friend or family member?"
(Questions you could add: How would you rate the front office staff? How would you rate the hygiene staff? Was the doctor clear, concise, easy to understand? Did we make you feel comfortable and at ease? Was your appointment completed in a timely manner? Did you feel your appointment was thorough? How was your overall experience?)
If desired, edit any response templates in Templates > NPS
NPS Activation:
1. From Navigation Bar, click Settings.
2. In the Side Navigation, click NPS.
3. Choose your preferred settings (set up your survey request preferences, responses, and notifications) and click Save Settings at the bottom.
Review Integration:
1. From the Navigation Bar click Settings.
2. In the Side Navigation click Reviews.
3. Under Review Integrations, click the Connect with Google button. A modal window will appear, prompting you to sign in with your Google Business Account.
4. Sign in and select an account. You will be directed to allow Legwork access to your account. Click the Allow button.
5. Select which accounts you want to add to Legwork.
6. Select which locations you want to add to Legwork and click the Add Accounts button.
Your Google account is now integrated with Legwork.
Now follow similar steps to connect your Facebook Reviews:
1. From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.
2. In the Side Navigation, click Reviews.
3. Under Review Integrations, click the Connect with Facebook button. A modal window will appear, prompting you to log in with your Facebook Business Account.
Log in, select and continue with the account you want to connect. You will be directed to select what pages you want to use with Legwork.
4. Select the pages you want to use with Legwork and click the Next button. You will be directed to allow permissions for Legwork.
NOTE: It is HIGHLY recommended that you allow Legwork all permissions; otherwise, your integration with Facebook may not work correctly.
5. Click the Done button. You will be directed to a success message: click the Ok button.
6. Select which accounts you want to add to Legwork.
Your Facebook account is now integrated with Legwork.
Review Activation:
1. From Navigation Bar, click Settings.
2. In the Side Navigation, click Reviews.
3. Select Legwork>Automate Review Requests (set up your survey request preferences, responses, and notifications) and click Save Settings at the bottom.
