Sending automated survey response messages

    1. From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.
    2. In the Side Navigation, click NPS.
    3. Under the heading “After an NPS Survey is Received,” select the option to Message NPS Survey Respondents with a score of [x] or Below.  Enter a score in the space provided. This will only send out messages to survey respondents who left you a score of or below the score you define.

      Note: This will be your automated message to send to survey respondents who left you a negative score.

    4. Under the heading “After an NPS Survey is Received,” select the option to Message NPS Survey Respondents with a score of [x] or Above.  Enter a score in the space provided. This will only send out messages to survey respondents who left you a score of or above the score you define.

      Note: This will be your automated message to send to survey respondents who left you a positive score.

    5. Click the Save Settings button.
