Setting up NPS user notifications

  1. From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.
  2. In the Side Navigation, click NPS.
  3. Under Notifications, select the option to Send Email Notifications When a New Survey is Submitted.

  4. Select the users you want to send New Survey Notifications to.
  5. Click the Save Settings button.
