- From the Navigation Bar, click PXI.
- In the Sub Navigation Bar, click NPS. You will be directed to the NPS Dashboard.

Click Patient Surveys. Here you can view a table of all the surveys that have been submitted.

Click the patient name to view the survey results and comments.
