Introduction:
The Delivery Schedule automated messages will only send during specific intervals unless specified not to. These hours only reflect when the Legwork software will send messages.
NOTE: these times are final, and the system will not send outside of the delivery hours unless specified in the Delivery Schedule tab. Below is a situation where an automated message would get delivered differently than specified.
- The Delivery Hours for Monday and Tuesday are set FROM 8AM TO 5PM
- Patient has an appointment at 8AM Tuesday.
- There is a Delivery Schedule event set to remind the patient via SMS two hours before the appointment.
- The patient will receive the reminder message. Since the appointment is at 8AM, the closes delivery window two hours before the appointment is 5PM on Monday, so that is when the message will get sent. If the message occurs outside of the delivery schedule, it will try and send at or near the last possible window prior to the appointment time.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Legwork portal (LWCRM), and sign in with your credentials.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on System in the settings menu.
- For each weekday, select if the system should be allowed to deliver on that specific day.
- For each weekday, set the From and To time.
- Click Save Settings.
