Introduction:
The Delivery Schedule automatically queues Email and SMS messages for delivery based on the following triggers:
- An Appointment is Scheduled (unconfirmed)
- An Appointment is Confirmed
- A New Patient is Created
- A Patient's Birthday
- A New Lead is Created
- A Patient is in Recall
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Settings (drop-down bar in upper right-hand corner next to practice name.)
- Go to Settings Column: Delivery Schedule
- Go to the Schedule Trigger Column.
- Select 'Play All' or 'Pause All'
- The current setting will be greyed out.
